5. Custom Logo, Artwork, Samples, and Moulding

jccosmopack may provide custom logo, color, packaging, surface finish, sample, moulding, and decoration support depending on product type and order requirements.

• Buyers must provide accurate artwork, logo files, Pantone colors, technical drawings, product specifications, and approval instructions where required.
• Buyers represent that they own or have permission to use any logo, trademark, design, artwork, brand name, or other intellectual property submitted to us.
• We are not responsible for disputes arising from unauthorized use of third-party trademarks, logos, designs, copyrighted materials, or brand assets provided by the buyer.
• Sample appearance may differ from mass production due to material, batch, mould, printing, or production process differences.
• Tooling, mould, proofing, sample, printing plate, or setup charges may apply depending on the customization requirement.

6. Payment, Production, Shipping, and Delivery

Payment terms, production schedules, delivery methods, Incoterms, freight costs, and destination requirements are confirmed separately for each order.

Payment

• Payment terms may vary depending on order type, customization level, buyer history, and written agreement.
• Orders may require deposit payment, balance payment before shipment, or other payment arrangements confirmed in writing.
• Bank charges, currency conversion fees, taxes, duties, and other transaction costs are usually the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Production and Lead Time

• Ensure that customized packaging complies with the buyer’s local market requirements, industry standards, product compatibility needs, and applicable regulations.
• Conduct necessary product compatibility tests, filling tests, leakage tests, transportation tests, stability tests, or cosmetic formula compatibility tests before mass commercial use.
• Use products only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable safety, packaging, labeling, customs, and import requirements.
• Do not use our website, forms, or communication channels for spam, fraud, unlawful activity, misleading inquiries, or unauthorized data collection.

8. Intellectual Property
